The only suggestion I have is: I don't know about the reference picture you used, but I think if you just put a few little tiny highlights on the dome of the Citadel, or little highlights somewhere on that side of the picture, it might add a little more interest. Then again it might screw it up too, you'd have to be careful. D:
But other than that I've got nothing. Wow wow.
